Born on April 10, 1947 in New Orleans, LA, Gloria “Sissy” Grundstrom passed away at 7:05 AM on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at her home in Amite. She was 69 years old. She is survived by her four children, son, Shane Grundstrom, and his children, Cody and Savanah; daughter, Shannon Tauzin and her children, Jordan and her son, Jaxson, Harley and her baby boy, Rafe and Rendon; daughter, Sheri’ LeBlanc and husband, Gerard LeBlanc, Jr., and their sons, Destin, Dace and Gerard, III “Tre”; and son, Lasse Grundstrom, III “Skooter” and his two daughters, Ayrian and Paige, his girlfriend, Janna and her son, Anthony. Also survived by her two brothers, Charles “Bubby” Lucas and wife, Pat, and Andre Baudion and wife, Sandy. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Joseph Lucas; mother, Gloria Diket Lucas; brothers, Lester “Sonny” Lucas and Lois “Koo” Lucas, and step father, Ronnie K. Murray.
